It undoubtedly reported that the company would not provide login information including passwords for any such account.
But Google handles or manage any such issue separately and in a few cases, may ready to give documents stored, from a deceased user’s account.
First of all; Google will try to know the purpose of accessing a deceased person’s account.
Google will ask you “What would you like to do?”
It provides three options to choose from:
• Close the account of a deceased user
• Submit a request for funds from a deceased user’s account.
• Obtain data from a deceased user’s account

After verifying the request, Google will ask the user to fill out a form, where user needs to fill out all the essential information about the deceased person such as name, email, the user’s relationship to the deceased person, ID proof and more.
For the third option selected, you need to agree to get a court order issued in the United States if Google approves the request to get information from a deceased person’s account.
We should know, Google offers an ‘Inactive Account Manager’ service, is a way for users to share parts of their account data or notify someone if they’ve been inactive for a certain period of time. To set it up, go to your Inactive Account Manager page and click Setup. The account holder can also prefer to share data with the trusted contact. In that case, the mail will contain a link from which the type of content, as defined by the account holder, can be downloaded.
